Please be advised that operation of DPWH Secretary’s Hotline 165-02 is suspended starting 6AM March 17, 2020 until further notice.
Suspension of operation is in light of the announcement of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to implement strict home quarantine and limit movement to accessing basic necessities under the guidelines for “enhanced community quarantine” for the entire Luzon.
However, request for emergency assistance may be sent throught direct message via messenger in our official facebook account: Department of Public Works and Highways (https://www.facebook.com/dpwhph/) and email: citizens_feedback@dpwh.gov.ph and public_info@dpwh.gov.ph.
DPWH will also update the public on available important information through our website: www.dpwh.gov.ph as we find ways to continue serving everyone.
