Declaring the following Road Section, a) San Policarpio-Arteche-Lapinig Road, (KM 939+000 to Km 969+167, L=30.167 Km) under the Jurisdiction of Eastern Samar Engg District and (Km 969+167 to Km 979+000, L=9.831 Km) under the Jurisdiction of Northern Samar Engg District) and b) Arteche-Jipapad-Las Navas-Catubig Rawis Road, (Brgy Catmsan, Arteche, Km 963+800 to Poblacion, Jipapad, Km 984+000, L=20.20 Km) under the Jurisdiction of Eastern Samar, as National Roads.
