Declaring the following Road Sections, the Mayan-Paganaman Port Road (KM 0+000-Km 1+764), the Mayan-Mauyen Port Road (Km 0+000-Km 14+000), the Mayan-Mauyen Airport Road (Km 8+400-Km 9+000), and the Mayan-Mauyen-Chinapoliran Port Road, (Km 2+136 - 3+189) under the Jurisdiction of Batanes Engg District as National Road.
