Friday, November 6, 2015

Two (2) sections of EDSA will undergo concrete reblocking and repair starting 10 P.M. Friday, November 6, 2015.

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has secured clearance of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) to conduct reblocking and repair activity at the EDSA southbound first lane from sidewalk between Scout Borromeo and Timog Avenue and the northbound lane between New York Street and K-10 Street specifically the second lane from sidewalk.

Other than EDSA, concrete reblocking will be done this weekend on C-5 Road particularly the northbound innermost lane approaching Shell Gas Station to SM Warehouse going to Lanuza Street.

The newly concrete re-blocked lanes will re-open 5 A.M. Monday, November 9, 2015.

Sectional asphalt overlaying activities at night time to avoid traffic congestion along EDSA Pasay City from Taft Avenue to Pasay/Makati Boundary are also being implemented by the DPWH South Manila District Engineering Office.
