Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Mark Villar, together with other DPWH officials, led the launching of the agency’s anti-drug advocacy. The program is aimed to ensure that the DPWH remains to be a drug-free workplace in support of the national government's fight against illegal drugs.
