
The four (4) southbound lanes of Bonifacio Drive will once again be closed to traffic, as the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) resumes 24/7 works for a flood control project aimed to minimize flooding around the vicinity of Manila City Hall.
According to DPWH-NCR Director Melvin B. Navarro, the segment from sidewalk of Bonifacio Drive corner P. Burgos Street will be closed effective Saturday, May 27, 2017 for the installation of 2-rows, 27-lineal meter long, 60 inches diameter reinforced concrete pipe culvert.
DPWH-NCR will be working round-the-clock to ensure completion and opening of the above-mentioned segment at 5:00 AM on Friday, June 2, 2017.
Light vehicles may take zipper lane on the northbound direction of Bonifacio Drive.
