The Department of Public Works and Highways, represented by Secretary Mark A. Villar, signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Climate Change Commission, an attached agency to the Office of the President, represented by Executive Director Emmanuel S. de Guzman, for the construction of the Philippine Climate Change Resilience Center. Witnesses to the ceremonial signing for the construction of the P50 million project that will double as the country’s repository of data relative to issues of Climate Change and Resiliency and as a training center were DPWH Undersecretary Karen Olivia V. Jimeno and Undersecretary Petronilo L. Ilagan of the Department of Energy.
