The increasing number of road users maybe one of the many factors of a stressful traffic in the country, but a road condition is as much a big con-tributor unto the situation.
The Department of Public Works and Highways based on the directive of Secretary Mark Villar conducted oper-ation ZERO POTHOLE.
With no potholes on the road, this will avoid vehicles from slowing down, as well as to avoid untoward vehicular ac-cidents.
The Maintenance Crew of ADNDEO un-der the biting heat of the sun repairs/fill potholes along sections of the national highway under its jurisdiction, hence a good road condition ensures safety of the riding public and promotes a smooth-moving ride.
