The Department of Public Works and Highways will undertake road repairs starting 11PM Friday, October 6, 2017.
DPWH-National Capital Region (DPWH-NCR) Director Melvin B. Navarro advised motorists that road reblocking and repairs will cover 12 major roads in the cities of Quezon, Pasig, and Caloocan.
The following roads in Quezon City will be affected by the road reblocking: second lane, southbound direction of Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA), near corner Bansalangin fronting Unioil; inner lane, southbound direction of Visayas Avenue, in front of Bureau of Plant Industry; outer lane, southbound direction of A. Bonifacio Avenue after Mauban Street to Del Monte; third lane from the center island, southbound direction of E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue after Greenmeadows Avenue; truck lane, southbound direction of E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue fronting Shopwise; second lane, southbound direction of E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue corner Monte de Piedad going to Aurora Boulevard; northbound direction of Mindanao Avenue corner Tandang Sora; third lane, northbound direction of C.P. Garcia Avenue from University Avenue to E. Jacinto Street; and second lane, northbound direction of Quirino Highway, corner Francisco Street;
In Pasig City, road repairs will be undertaken at the southbound direction of C-5 road near Julia Vargas; and third lane, northbound direction of Manila East Road in front of SM East Ortigas.
Works will also be undertaken in Caloocan at the northbound direction of Bonifacio Monumento Circle.
The repair works will be completed 5AM Monday, October 9, 2017.
