The Filipino people benefitted from the DPWH ISO Certification which resulted into improved service delivery brought about by the streamlined and improved processes of the Department.

The latest version of ISO 9001:2015 incorporates risk management to enable organizations to identify and provide a systematic approach to risk for more efficient quality management system.

Executive Order 605 of 2007 directed all government agencies to adopt the ISO standards as part of the implementation of the government-wide quality management program.
