This P721.7M multi-year infrastructure project includes the concreting of the promenading area, sidewalk, parking area and other miscellaneous works.
Since its construction, it has greatly improved the circulation and mobility along the esplanade. Aside from serving as a Park and a site for various recreational activities and annual festivities, it also functions as an access road leading to the seaport of Galas, Zamboanga del Norte.
