Libeg Bridge along Cervantes-Mankayan-Abatan Road, Cervantes, Ilocos Sur is one lane passable to light vehicles only due to settlement of the bridge approach.
Based on a report of DPWH Ilocos Sur 2nd District Engineer Jose G. Ginete Jr., the passing of trucks loaded with aggregates consequently caused the settlement of bridge approach.
In an effort to mitigate further damage, warning signs were installed while further assessment of DPWH is on-going.
