The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Quezon IV District Engineering Office has completed the construction of the first Person with Disability (PWD) Center in the province of Quezon. Present during the inauguration of the building were DPWH Quezon Fourth DEO District Engineer Celestial S. Flancia, Assistant District Engineer Gener J. Abergas, Construction Section Chief George R. Tadiosa and Quality Assurance Section Chief Noel N. Gob. The P3 Million building, located at the municipality of Gumaca is a safe haven for all PWD’s as this will become the venue for their check-ups and rehabilitation.
