Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Mark A. Villar receives from Civil Service Commission (CSC) DPWH Field Office Director Evelyn A. Viernes (at left) a Certificate of Recognition for DPWH Central Office obtaining Maturity Level 2 in human resource system under the CSC Enhanced Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME HRM) during the flag raising rites on December 17, 2018. CSC monitors and reviews existing programs and practices of DPWH Central Office under four (4) human resource management systems: Recruitment, Selection and Placement, Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Rewards and Recognition.
