The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) led by Secretary Mark A. Villar held a forum with foreign consulting firms on the various infrastructure projects implemented under the Duterte administration’s ‘Build, Build, Build’ program. Undersecretary for Unified Project Management Office (UPMO) Operations and Technical Services Emil K. Sadain provided the 17 foreign consultancy firms an overview of the high impact projects expected to propel economic development and improve lives of the Filipino people. The DPWH recognizes the role of the consultants in achieving the Golden Age of Infrastructure and will take into consideration their suggestions and comments at the open forum.
