Personnel from regional office, other district offices, and even from central office also participated in the religious sadsad or merrymaking/dancing in the streets.
The Kalibo Ati-atihan, dubbed as the Mother of All Philippines Festivals, is held annually in town of Kalibo, Aklan. The week-long festivity culminates on the feast day of Sto. Niño on the 3rd sunday of January.
Every year, local and international tourists and devotees flock to the town to celebrate and to participate in the religious activity.
