Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Regional Office II conducted its first management conference at the Regional Office Conference Hall in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan province.
Headed by Regional Director Melanio C. Briosos, the conference was attended by District Engineers, Division Chiefs and Regional Office Staff to tackle the latest policy directions of Secretary Mark A. Villar.
Aside from discussing the pressing issues on project construction, Director Briosos also relayed to the attendees the laudatory remarks of Secretary Villar congratulating the region for its impressive performance in 2018
He then announced that the Region is one of the top performers among all DPWH Regional Offices nationwide in terms of project accomplishment for FY 2018 Infrastructure Program.
He encouraged his district offices to fast-track the implementation of infrastructure projects in the region to further raise the region’s standing for FY 2019.
