Women officials, engineers, and personnel of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) as well as other women engineers in the private sector gather on March 8, 2019 to participate in this year’s International Women’s Day 2019: A Forum held at DPWH Head Office, Bonifacio Drive, Port Area, Manila. The forum is just one (1) of the many activities lined-up for Women’s Month by the Department’s Committee on Gender and Development (COGAD).
