The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will continue its reblocking and repair of national roads in Metro Manila starting 11 p.m. Friday, May 17, 2019 until 5 a.m. Monday, May 20, 2019.
DPWH – National Capital Region (DPWH – NCR) Director Ador G. Canlas said with clearance from Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), road reblocking activities will cover the areas at Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA), southbound direction of MRT Truck lane, fronting Solid North Transit Inc. Terminal to Aurora Boulevard Tunnel, 2nd lane; and at the northbound directions of 50 meters after Magallanes MRT to KM 29, near Ayala Tunnel, outerlane; from KM 27+019 to KM 26+921 road level near Ayala Tunnel Service Road, outerlane and fronting Baliwag Transit to New York Street, 1st and 2nd lane from the sidewalk.
Road rehabilitation will also be implemented at the northbound direction of Circumferential Road 5 (C-5 Road) fronting SM Aura going to Market Market.
Motorists are advised to take possible alternate routes to avoid possible congestion in the affected areas.
