
The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has completed the road and drainage improvement along Crispulo St. in Barangay 180, Caloocan City since its commencement in May 2018.
In his report, DPWH NCR Director Ador G. Canlas said that the upgrade improvement of the road undertaken has widened it into two (2) lanes for the length of 474.00 meters with a total cost of P18.985 million.
The Metro Manila III District Engineering Office, which implements and monitors completion of projects along Valenzuela and Caloocan Cities, implemented the repair works of pavement and drainage improvement funded through FY 2018 GAA.
“The previous pavement area is the access road going to Camarin Road and San Jose-Novaliches Road but has an irregular terrain with no proper drainage system,” said Dir. Canlas.
With the completion of the Crispulo Street road and drainage system, DPWH has addressed the traffic congestion giving such good quality public road for the safety of all motorists as well as ease flooding on adjacent streets after the drainage have been rehabilitated.
