Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Undersecretary Emil K. With funding from loan agreement between the Government of the Philippines and Government of Japan through Japan International Cooperation Agency, the Flood Risk Management Project for Cagayan de Oro River features innovative technology and design approach based on a 25-year flood return period for resilient flood management.
