The Department of Public Works and Highways Region 10 requested all regional planning and design division/ section chiefs to attend a workshop and submit their errata forms. The workshop happened August 24, 2016 at the Regional Office War Room. The Errata forms will be used for the errata of the FY 2017 projects based on the National Expenditures Program (NEP) for MFO 1 – National Road Network Services and MFO 3 – Maintenance and Construction Services of other infrastructures (Construction/ Improvement of Access Roads leading to Airports, Seaports, and Declared Tourism Destinations) together with the guidelines on how to fill up the forms.
The main objective of this workshop is to correct all the technical errors of this year’s project proposals or project details. The Planning and Design Division/ Section Chiefs, as well as, the Engineers are expected to finish their errata forms on or before August 29, 2016.
