Department of Public Works and Highways Agusan del Norte District Engineeing Office recently turned offer the much awaited unit of 1-storey school building, with 6 classrooms, to Pirada Elementary School whose location is at the foot of the mountain in Barangay Del Pilar, Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte.
Prior to the construction of the school building, parents and teachers raised their concerns for the well-being of the Pirada Elementary School students because some of the classes were conducted at the school stage due to insufficiency of classrooms.
With the turn-over of this new building, a conducive learning environment is ensured with 6 new classrooms that can accommodate up to 45 students per room.
