As one of the government stakeholders of the Department of Education (DepEd) Vigan City Division, DPWH Ilocos Sur 1st DEO attended the Division Kick-Off Activities and Stakeholders’ Convergence for Oplan Kalusugan (OK) sa DepEd Program for SY 2019-2020 last August 13, 2019 at the Vigan Convention Center.
The district was represented by OIC Assistant District Engineer Raynaldo R. Ablog who joined in the motorcade and participated at the Zumba dance activity.
He also received the Certificate of Appreciation from SDO Vigan for the enormous support which contributed for the successful conduct of the said activity.

This OK sa DepEd Program is a converging effort where health plans, policies, programs and activities are implemented to ensure that all school children are provided with basic primary health care to allow them to attain their full educational potential.
The program was ended with the signing on the commitment wall of DepEd and all their partners and stakeholders.
