Public Works and Highways Secretary on Monday, January 20, 2020 administers the oath of office of Atty. Eduardo S. Ramos as new DPWH Undersecretary. Prior to appointment, Atty. Ramos served as the Assistant Secretary for the Office of the Secretary and Special Concerns.
