Motorists are advised that the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will resume weekend road repair on Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) and other roads in Quezon City starting 11 p.m. Friday, February 7, 2020.
DPWH – National Capital Region (NCR) Director Ador G. Canlas said that with approval of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), repairs will be undertaken at three (3) road sections of EDSA which include northbound direction after Aurora Boulevard to New York Street, 3rd lane from sidewalk; and southbound direction from Bulakan Street to West Avenue, 3rd lane from sidewalk; and approach of B. P. Tuazon Flyover to approach of A. Boni Serrano Flyover, 2nd lane from MRT line.
Reblocking and repair works will also be done at southbound direction of A. Bonifacio Avenue from Cloverleaf to 11th Avenue, 1st lane from sidewalk; eastbound direction of General Luis Street from Samote Street to SB Diversion Road; and westbound direction of Elliptical Road from Kalayaan Avenue to Maharlika Street, 6th lane from outer sidewalk.
Affected road lanes will open at 5 a.m. Monday, February 10, 2020.
