The residents of Talipao, Sulu will now benefit from the construction of the Multi-Purpose Building in Barangay Bilaan which has a funding allocation of P10Million.
Bilaan is a barangay in the Municipality of Talipao, Sulu with a population of 3,730. (2015 census). This represented 4.65% of the total population of Talipao, a 1st class Municipality in the Province of Sulu.
The project implemented through Memorandum of Agreement between Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office and Local Government Unit in Talipao, Sulu.
