DPWH Secretary Rogelio L. Singson led the inspection of Tibu Pumping station which is a component of the Legazpi City Urban Drainage Improvement Project. With him are DPWH-5 Regional Director Melvin B. Navarro and Legazpi City Mayor Noel E. Rosal.
