A special award of distinction from the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) – Philippine Information Agency (PIA) 6 was given to Regional Information Officer Vivian C. Tan of the Department of Public Works and Highways – Regional Office 6 for her consistent initiatives in making the programs and services of DPWH accessible to clients and her establishing of dynamic working relationship with partners and the media during a ceremony held November 27, 2015 at Roxas City, Capiz. The award was given to Ms. Tan by PCOO Undersecretary and PIA Director General Jose Mari M. Oquiñena and PIA Region 6 Director Atty. Ma. Janet C. Mesa.
