2-Storey PNP Building Constructed in Isabela

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has completed a new Police Station Building in the Municipality of Alicia, Isabela Province.

The new Alicia Police Station Building Project is a 2-storey building integrated with covered roof deck, reliable roofing and structural sheet metals, wide-glass window and entry doors, neat paint finish, and ground floor ramps to cater persons with disabilities (PWD).

“This Police Station Building will certainly provide a decent workplace to help improve the operation and boost the morale of the men and women of the Philippine National Police – Police District Office of Isabela,” said Secretary Mark A. Villar.

Constructed in the amount of P8.344-million, the building features a lobby area, male and female detention cell, porch foyer, investigation room, armory room, administrative section, and juvenile area all located at the first floor while the conference room, rest room, evidence room, radio room, lockers section, and quarters are at the second floor of the building.

With the new Alicia Police Station Building, DPWH Regional Office 2 OIC Director Loreta M. Malaluan said that police services will improve from the maintenance of security, recording of offenses and its investigation, traffic control management, temporary jail supervision, community services, and law and order fostering peace and safety in the province of Isabela.
