The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will resume its weekend road repair on Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) and Circumferential Road 5 (C-5) in Quezon City starting 11 p.m., Friday, June 4, 2021 until 5 a.m., Monday, June 7, 2021.
DPWH – National Capital Region (NCR) Director Eric A. Ayapana said that with approval of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), repairs will resume at the northbound direction of EDSA, near corner Kaingin Road.
Road works is also scheduled along C-5 Road starting from after Rajah Matanda, 3rd lane from sidewalk; after Highland Drive, 2nd lane from sidewalk; and after Shuster Street, 2nd lane from sidewalk.
Due to expected temporary traffic slowdown in affected areas, motorists are advised to take possible alternate routes.
