The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), with the approval of the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA), will resume its repair activities along Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) and Circumferential Road 5 (C-5 Road).
According to DPWH – National Capital Region (NCR) Director Eric A. Ayapana, reblocking activities will cover the northbound directions of EDSA near corner Kaingin Road in Quezon City; and from -K0010+(-942)-K0010+666 in Caloocan City.
Road works are also set at the northbound directions of C-5 Road, from after Rosa Alvero, 5th lane from sidewalk; before P. Tuazon, 3rd lane from sidewalk; and before Rajah Matanda, 3rd lane from sidewalk.
The road repair activities will be carried out from 11 p.m. Friday, June 18 2021 until 5 a.m. Monday, June 21, 2021.
Motorists are advised to take possible alternate routes in anticipation of the temporary traffic slowdown in affected areas.
