The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will resume its reblocking and repair works on Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) and Circumferential Road 5.
Repair works on section of two (2) major thoroughfares in Metro Manila start 11 p.m. Friday, July 9, 2021 until 5 a.m. Monday, July 12, 2021.
DPWH-NCR Director Eric A. Ayapana reported that the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has given clearance to conduct road maintenance activities along EDSA, Caloocan City from K0010+(-942)-K0010+666.
Works along C-5 Road Quezon City will cover the southbound direction from Katipunan-B, Serrano Tunnel, 3rd lane from the sidewalk; and at the northbound direction before Rajah Matanda, 3rd lane from the sidewalk.
Due to expected traffic build-up on affected areas, motorists are advised to take possible alternate routes.
