Jobseekers can now easily check vacancies and submit application for available permanent positions not just in the Central Office (CO), but also in the Regional Offices (ROs), and District Engineering Offices (DEOs) of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
The DPWH Online Recruitment System (ORS) which was soft launched for recruitment of job vacancies in the DPWH Central Office, is now catering to fill-in vacancies Department-wide.
With the DPWH Online Recruitment System, qualified candidates have the convenient option to send their applications’ documentary requirements purely online, easing the burden and cost of in-person application.
Interested applicants are encouraged to visit the DPWH ORS at https://ors.dpwh.gov.ph/ for all DPWH job vacancies. To send an application, applicants must create an account, fill in personal information, fully-accomplish an e-Personal Data Sheet (PDS), and attach scholastic records, trainings, employment, and eligibility certificates, and a cover letter.
The platform also optimizes our human resources’ hiring process as it features easy posting of vacancies, instant shortlisting of participants, email or in-app status updating, including report and analytical dashboard generation, while providing a manpower pool for future recruitment.
Since its launching in December 2023 in the Central Office, the DPWH ORS has a total of 4,113 registered accounts and has received a total of 10,307 applications to date.
