The affected areas are two (2) road sections in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), four (4) in Region IV-A, one (1) in Region IV-B, twenty-two (22) in Region V, one (1) in Region VIII.

The road closures have been caused by a variety of incidents, including soil collapse, flooding, road slips, fallen trees, collapsed detour roads, pavement failures, rockslides, landslides, and collapsed bridges.

In addition, seven (7) road sections have limited access due to flooding and soil/rock collapse: two (2) in Cordillera Admnistrative Region (CAR), one (1) in Region IV-A , three (3) in Region V, and one (1) in Region VIII.

Meanwhile, all national roads and bridges in other affected regions remain passable to all types of vehicles as of the reported date and time.

The DPWH is actively monitoring and clearing roads to ensure the safety and accessibility of the national road network, which is crucial for relief efforts in the affected areas.
