Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Rogelio L. Singson administers the oath-taking ceremony of national and chapter officers of the District Engineers League of the Philippines, (DELP) Inc., at the Diamond Hotel, Roxas Boulevard, Manila. The new DELP officers, led by District Engineer Rey Peter B. Gille of DPWH Lanao del Norte Second District Engineering Office as President, shall hold office for 2016-2017.
