A total of 44 young civil engineer - 22 from Luzon, 10 from Visayas, and 12 from Mindanao – have completed the six-month long intensive training under the third batch of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Cadet Engineering Program (CEP). In photo with the young civil engineers during the program’s graduation ceremonies were DPWH Secretary Rogelio L. Singson and First Pacific Leadership Academy (FLPA) General Manager together with Undersecretaries Raul C. Asis, Ardeliza R. Medenilla, Romeo S. Momo, and Emil K. Sadain, and Assistant Secretaries Gilberto S. Reyes, Eugenio R. Pipo Jr., and Dimas S. Soguilon.
