DPWH Secretary Rogelio L. Singson administers the oath of office of Regional Director Samson L. Hebra and Assistant Regional Director Yolanda L. Tangco of DPWH Region 4-A and Assistant Director Eric A. Ayapana of Negros Island Region. Prior to their promotion, Regional Director Hebra and Assistant Regional Director Tangco were both designated on September 2014 at Region 4-A as OIC-Regional Director and OIC-Assistant Regional Director, respectively. On the otherhand, Assistant Regional Director Ayapana prior to his appointment was assigned in 2015 as OIC-Assistant Regional Director of the newly-created Negros Island Region following his leadership since CY 2010 of the Quezon 1st, Rizal 2nd and Cavite 2nd District Engineering Offices in the Southern Tagalog Region.
