Governor Corazon Malanyaon hands over an award to Regional Director Mariano Alquiza of the Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office XI on the occasion of the 48th Foundation Anniversary of the province of Davao Oriental on Wednesday, July 1 for his valuable contribution to the development of the province, particularly in the field of infrastructure support and services that benefited the thousands of residents in the area.
