The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has improved mobility by building additional lanes along Pangasinan-Zambales Road in the town of Sual, Pangasinan.
In his report to DPWH Secretary Manuel A. Bonoan and Undersecretary Eugenio R. Pipo Jr., DPWH Region I Director Ronnel Tan said that the DPWH Pangasinan 1st District Engineering Office recently completed the widening project of a 2.1-kilometer section of the Pangasinan-Zambales Road in Barangay Caoayan.
The widened road from two (2) lanes to four (4) lanes allows better and safer mobility for the motoring public and improves the delivery of goods and services.
A total of P39.2 million was allocated for the road improvement project which began construction in February 2023 and was completed in November 2023.
