DPWH Completes Road Dike and Slope Protection in Floridablanca, Pampanga

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has completed two (2) infrastructure projects that now improve accessibility and safety in Floridablanca, Pampanga.

DPWH Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan, citing reports from DPWH Regional Office 3 Director Roseller A. Tolentino, identified the completed projects as the newly-constructed road dike in Barangay Carmencita and slope protection structure along Gumain River in Barangay Cabangcalan.

DPWH Completes Tastas Bridge Widening Project in Ligao City, Albay

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has completed the widening of the Tastas Bridge that has improved mobility in Ligao City, Albay.

DPWH Regional Office 5 Director Virgilio C. Eduarte reported to DPWH Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan that the widening of the bridge into two (2) way traffic provides for a much safer and faster access to motorists specifically those going to upland barangays of Ligao.

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has completed the widening of the Tastas Bridge that has improved mobility in Ligao City, Albay.

DPWH Regional Office 5 Director Virgilio C. Eduarte reported to DPWH Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan that the widening of the bridge into two (2) way traffic provides for a much safer and faster access to motorists specifically those going to upland barangays of Ligao.

Newly-Concreted Road Improves Access to Bulacan's Vegetable Basket

A recently completed farm-to-market road (FMR) project by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) now enables better access to the Municipality of San Ildefonso in Bulacan, also known as Bulacan’s “vegetable basket”.

DPWH Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan, based on a report by DPWH Regional Office 3 Director Roseller A. Tolentino, said that the concrete paving of 5.26 kilometers of road provided the local farmers improved access to market.

Road improvement projects undertaken by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) along sections of Guimaras Circumferential Road now benefit motorists in the towns of Jordan and Buenavista.

According to Regional Office 6 Director Nerie D. Bueno, the Guimaras Circumferential Road is a major road network in the Island Province of Guimaras that connects residents to various establishments such as schools, hospitals, and markets while serving as a gateway to magnificent tourist destinations such as Roca Encantada Heritage House and Navalas Church.
