The Department of Public Works and Highways – National Capital Region (DPWH-NCR) will conduct repair on nine (9) major roads in Metro Manila starting Friday, July 14, 2017 at 11PM to Monday, July 17, 2017 at 5AM.
DPWH-NCR Director Melvin Navarro said affected areas in Quezon City include the second lane, southbound direction of A. Bonifacio Avenue between Calavite Street to Isarog Street; Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) between Times Street to Quezon Avenue; second lane, northbound direction of Quirino Highway between Mindanao Avenue to San Sebastian Street; northbound direction of Mindanao Tunnel in Mindanao Avenue; northbound direction of Congressional Avenue between Tandang Sora to Luzon Avenue; and westbound direction of Luzon Avenue between Commonwealth to Congressional Avenue.
Road repairs will likewise be undertaken in Pasig City, at the southbound direction of C-5 road near Julia Vargas; northbound direction of Manila East Road in front of Little Lamb Learning Center near Country Side; and in Caloocan City, at the northbound direction of Mac Arthur Highway near Monumento Circle.
Motorists are advised to take alternate routes due to anticipated traffic build-up in the affected areas.
