DPWH Completes Various Infra Projects in Isabela Province

Five (5) barangays in the towns of Roxas, Luna, and Quezon, Isabela Province are the recipients of newly-constructed infrastructure projects implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

DPWH Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan, citing a report from DPWH Regional Office 2 OIC-Director Reynaldo C. Alconcel said that the completed projects implemented by the DPWH Isabela 2nd District Engineering Office with combined cost of P72.7 million include multipurpose and evacuation centers, river-control structure, barangay road, and a new bridge.

DPWH Delivers 2 Infra Projects in Support of Aurora's Coconut Industry

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has delivered two (2) infrastructure projects in the Province of Aurora to support its coconut industry.

In his report to DPWH Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan and Undersecretary for Regional Operations in Central Luzon Roberto R. Bernardo, DPWH Regional Office 3 Director Roseller A. Tolentino said that coconut plantations in Aurora are benefitting from the recently completed a 4.6-kilometer access road and a concrete slope protection along Aguang River in the towns of Dinalungan and Baler, respectively.

DPWH Negros Occidental 2nd District Engineering Office has finished the concrete paving of a 920-lineal meter, 2-lane access road in Barangay San Benito, Moises Padilla.

Based on the report of DPWH Regional Office 12 Director Basir M. Ibrahim to Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan, the completed 2.7-kilometer, 4-lane road is now beneficial to locals, especially the farmers of rubber, coconut, banana, corn, and other vegetables in the area.
