DPWH Paves Road to Binadlan Falls in Negros Occidental

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has completed a portion of the access road that will provide locals and tourists a safer and more convenient travel going to Binadlan Falls, an emerging tourist destination in Binalbagan, Negros Occidental.

Traversing Binalbagan town proper to Sitio Binadlan in Barangay Bia-ao, the newly-completed 784-lineal meter road section is part of the 10.57-kilometer multi-year convergence project with the Department of Tourism (DOT).

DPWH Improves Gapan-Fort Magsaysay Road in Nueva Ecija

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has completed the preventive maintenance of Gapan-Fort Magsaysay Road in Nueva Ecija, thereby providing travel convenience to daily motorists and commuters in the province.

DPWH Regional Office 3 Director Roseller A. Tolentino, in a report to DPWH Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan and Undersecretary for Regional Operations in Central Luzon Roberto R. Bernardo, said that upgrades were undertaken along intermittent sections of the road in Gapan City and General Tinio town.

Implemented by DPWH Iloilo 4th District Engineering Office, the paved road now better connects upland communities of San Miguel, particularly Sitio Lanag in Barangay Sta. Cruz and Sitio Pinamuna in Barangay Consolacion.

Widening of C.A. Yulo Avenue in Calamba, Laguna Now Complete

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) recently completed its road widening project along C.A. Yulo Avenue connecting South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and leading to industrial parks in Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna.

With the allocation of ₱101.32 Million, the project covers the construction of 1.4 kilometer, 14-meter-wide additional concrete pavement that can accommodate four (4) more lanes. The project has a 1-meter center island and streetlights.
