2 flood-control projects along Salug Daku River in Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur completed
The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has completed flood-mitigation projects that will prevent the overflow of Salug Daku River in the municipality of Mahayag, province of Zamboanga del Sur.
In his report to Secretary Mark A. Villar, DPWH Regional Office 9 Director Cayamombao D. Dia said that the projects include a 6-meter revetment spanning 487.6 meters and another 8.69 meters in height and 328 meters in length both in Barangay Poblacion.
