The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has finished paving an access road for locals in Nueva Valencia, Guimaras.
Spanning 4.7 kilometers, the concreted road now better connects Barangays Salvacion, Lanipe, and Oracon in the municipality of Nueva Valencia and allows easier delivery of basic goods and services between neighboring towns.

Eduarte said that the project with an allocation of P60 million has been opened and formally-turned over to the local government of Bulusan so it can contribute to the booming tourism industry in the province.
