As of 9AM October 10, 2014, Andona Bridge along Iloilo-Antique Road in Barangay Siwaragan, San Joaquin, Iloilo is not passable to vehicular traffic because of damaged approaches due to heavy rains. Construction of Lagarian Bridge III, linking Scout Tobias St., Brgy. Obrero & Doña Hemady St., Brgy. Kristong Hari, Quezon City, “ has finally been completed last September 26, 2014.
The project which involves 3 phases with a total project cost of P79 Million was conceptualized based on the QCSED’s desire to provide alternate route to and from different roads within the 3rd and 4th Congressional Districts of Quezon City, thus, alleviate traffic congestion in major roads such as Quezon Avenue.
