DPWH completes World Bank-assisted rehab projects along Manila North and South Road
The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has completed the maintenance of Manila North Road (MNR) and Manila South Road (MSR) under the 5-year, World Bank-assisted National Roads Improvement and Management Program (NRIMP) Phase II.
Started in September 2013, the 2-part project costing P3.91-billion covers the rehabilitation of 234-kilometer portion of MNR from Monumento, Caloocan City to Agoo/Aringay Boundary, La Union, 157.167-kilometer MSR from Tiaong, Quezon to Sta. Elena, Camarines Sur as well as 50.543-kilometer MSR from Pagsanjan, Laguna to near Lucena City.
