Newly-Paved Road Enhances Mobility in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija
The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has provided enhanced mobility to a mountainous community in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija by concrete paving an old dirt road in time for rainy season.
DPWH Regional Office 3 Director Roseller A. Tolentino reported to DPWH Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan and Undersecretary for Operations in Central Luzon Roberto R. Bernardo that a 970-meter stretch of uneven road in Barangay Villa Marina in San Jose City was concrete paved to prevent it from becoming muddy during periods of heavy rains.
