Upgraded Roads Benefit Rural Communities in Isabela, Negros Occidental
Improved local roads by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) now enable better connectivity and safer mobility to far-flung areas in Isabela, Negros Occidental.
Costing P8.8 million, the project in Barangay Mansablay involves the construction of a 1.24-kilometer, 2-lane concrete road in Sitio Osvalfina with reconstruction of 571-lineal meter shoulders on both sides and slope protection structures in selected areas.
